As we already know, resumes are comparable to a sales tool used by applicants to sell their selves to a certain job. This is also like an advertising tool for employers to buy them or like them for a certain job. But in some cases, employers should be very careful with some of the resumes because they might contain some icing on the cake information. A job applicant will never understate his or her job descriptions and responsibilities. But rather, an applicant may even overstate it that it will already be far from the fact.
